Reimbursement

There is a budget for each PTO project. If you have used your own money to purchase items for a PTO project with authorization to get reimbursed, please read the details and fill out the form below.

How it works:

• Save the receipt(s) for any money you spend on a PTO event.
• If you are leading a PTO project, you do not need prior authorization for amount spent within the allotted event budget.
  • Please email the PTO if you need to spend more on an event than has been budgeted.
• To submit your receipt(s) for reimbursement
• Go to the PTO’s website “reimbursement” tab and fill/submit the form.
• Email the PTO a copy of the receipt(s) to the PTO.
• Look for a check from Spectrum Academy to cover the money spent
